Official PS Soft Technical Support Options
Here you can get information on support for programs and
services provided by PS Soft. We will in best effort try to answer any and
all questions and resolve any known issues as quickly as possible. This
will also be in accordance to our
Support Boundaries as well.
Please Note - We can not fix issues that we can not duplicate!
If we advise you that we can not duplicate the issue you are seeing, there is
not much more we can do for it. It would be like taking your car to the
shop for a knocking noise and the mechanic looks at it and does not hear it, he
can not determine what is wrong.

This is the best place for support, it is a community involvement to where
others can post if they are having the same problems or even post any fixes they
have done themselves! The forums are broken down by category for specific
posting. Please follow all guidelines for posting, you must be a
registered/logged in user to post on our forums. They are also moderated
as this is a child friendly website.

email responses can take anywhere from 2 - 24 hours as there is only one person
manning that email address. If you send an email for support, please make
sure to include all details including: program name, issues you are having and
if you have done anything to try and correct it. We may ask for more
detailed info as well and we may also direct you to several different forum
posts with direct links for things that have already been discussed and
resolved.
